Chen joined VINX Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. since November 2013 and for the subsequent 4.5 years he was the General Manager taking care of Business Strategy in redesign, realign and implementing Japan Retail Industry practices and know-how to local market strategically in increasing end-user satisfaction through IT technologies for both Japanese Oriented Companies (JOC) and non-JOC in Malaysia. Same time he also provides Consultation and Solutions to enhance such practices. He carried on by involving himself in cultivating New Customers and Businesses after the stabilization of existing businesses, which he managed to secured one of the biggest Japanese retailer outlet new venture overseas business into Malaysia within 3 months after the initial technical discussion. From April 2018, he was re-appointed as the General Manager of Corporate Compliance Office in refining the existing company internal rules and regulation while at the same time to establish new fundamental principles for the company that consists of more than 100 employees, which includes the annual review and execution of Company Handbook, organizing Awareness Campaigns, conduct and satisfied the audit requirements to ensure such requirements are put into place and monitored regularly and rigorously, and formalizing the Personal Data Protection and others Corporate Compliance activities. Lately he is required to provide independence and impartiality views, efficiency in problem solving as part of the Risk Management for the company. He also hands on in the business operation including but not limited to new business development, team management and people development. His pass experience covers sales and marketing for both private and public sectors, partner and vendor engagement, PABX and solutions selling specifically into the manufacturing industries. Chen graduated from Japan University and able to read, write and communicate fluently in Japanese language.
