Contributed to RCA for any deviation highlighted by Vendors, Inside Sales, Finance, and Local Procurement & provided them with required documentation to get the cases resolved when required. Extracted and worked on data (from business systems, Navision / others) to keep the process streamlined. Coordinated with multiple teams across the organization for getting required updates, and timely responses to queries for the closure of orders.
