I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with 5+ years of experience in gender-based violence prevention, program development, and advocacy. My work spans crisis intervention, statewide program coordination, training facilitation, social media management, and cross-sector partnership building. Currently, I serve as Co-Chair of the Women of Color Caucus, leading a statewide network of 200+ members to advance equity, representation, and anti-violence efforts for women of color. In my role at the Ohio Domestic Violence Network, I coordinate health access initiatives that expand trauma-informed care, strengthen healthcare partnerships, and ensure equitable resource distribution for survivors. Career Highlights: Led development of statewide survivor-centered programs that expanded healthcare and financial access. Designed and delivered 30+ trainings on gender-based violence prevention, trauma-informed care, and advocacy. Managed organizational communications strategies, including social media and community outreach. Recognized by the Cincinnati Chief of Police for supporting families during the Fifth Third shooting. I am especially passionate about opportunities at the intersection of sexual and reproductive health, gender equity, and social justice. I thrive in roles that bring together program leadership, equity-driven practice, and survivor-centered advocacy to create lasting impact. Outside of work, I find joy in music, theatre, and the arts, and I remain deeply committed to uplifting communities and amplifying underrepresented voices.
