About Chenpei Luo

August 2009, I started my career from the TG Techno Co, Ltd. As an Exterior design engineer, I have been resident at Toyota Motor Corporation and Toyota Auto Body for four years. As a bridge between OEM and Toyoda Gosei, I accurately reflected both vehicle and production requirements into 3D data and drawings. In just four years, I had two subordinate and was responsible for multiple parts at once as a team leader. From March 2014, I was assigned to the Toyota Auto Body Exterior Design Department as a Dispatched labor. I became familiar with a series of operations from planning to mass production. From June 2016, I changed my job to Aisin AW and was involved in the application development of FR 6-speed AT. As a project manager, I was promoted to Manager Assistant in 2019 by launching the first FR AT project of an Indian OEM. In the same year, I was seconded to BluE Nexus which is a joint venture between Aisin and Denso, as a funding member. I was involved in sales expansion activities for eAxle as a system engineer and customer window person for China and some North America OEMs. The eAxle market is already a red ocean, in order to improve our competitiveness, I found there will have an opportunities in a niche area. Therefore, I using the Internet and research companies to persuaded upper management to launched the project. From January 2022, after the secondment period was over, I retuned to Aisin EV Engineering Department. Currently, I am in charge with product planning of the next generation eAxle
