About Chenxi Li

Finance, risk management, accounting, investment management, and economics are fundamental in my daily working routine. Thanks to the help of computer software, I am efficient in data analysis such as advanced Excel, SQL, and Python. Other skills such as modeling, data analysis, and research are essential skills for me. I passed CFA Level I & II and took the CFA Level exam in August 2022, which also helped me build a solid foundation in finance. Solid leadership, time management, and communication skills are among the additional strengths I would draw from if given the opportunity to be part of your team. I am currently working as a commercial real estate underwriter/risk analyst, where I have excelled at using communication and analytical skills to do internal and external risk analysis. My daily work has trained my multitasking skills and large data processing ability. For my academic background, I got my Financial Risk Management master’s degree at the Lubin School of Business at Pace University. I have completed many research projects and reports on the topics of risk management and investment management and have built many financial models to analyze the financial markets and economics as well. Since I am a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented person, I believe that all of my experiences could enable me to develop professionally in the workplace.
