The ability to bring people into their bodies as their minds are engaged in the reading process is one of my most unique skills. In addition: I have a plethora of other skills and abilities to bring to the table in Activities/Events management from scheduling, organizing, hosting, and delivering high quality experiences to a highly diverse community from senior communities to youth. I am a powerful presenter, public speaker and influencer with decades of experience bringing communities together through the arts. Creativity and a commitment to excellence, teamwork and positive work environments is definitive. My objectives are always to empower people to be engaged and activated in their own success and to support growth by offering challenges that meet people where they are at and involve them in the process every step of the way. As a project manager or leader: I believe that effective management means listening to the needs and demands of others and finding creative solutions to difficult situations through communication, and clear focused intentions. I have been a natural leader my whole life. I understand the challenges that leadership brings and know how to make difficult decisions under pressure while keeping in mind individual and group needs.
