Background

About Cheri Mayo Pulliam

I have combined my passions in retail and IT as a consultant, Business Analyst and Manager. With my system support, network administration and programming background in my early career, I add value to a systems development team and to my business partners by being able to translate techno-speak to business terms and vice versa. My systems development expertise is primarily centered around Store Operations, Workforce Management, and Human Resources business areas. As a Business Analyst, I place a strong emphasis in customer relations and good communication. Providing system solutions to help my customer's better perform their duties, simplify processes through automation and analysis, and help increase profits for my company and stakeholders is what motivates me. I not only have the ability to breakdown processes into requirements, but I also understand impacts of decisions on the business which help my customers strategize by looking ahead into the future. I am also passionate about sharing my experiences and helping others achieve their personal and business goals which led to my repeat mentoring and manager experience with both permanent and contract associates. Along my career, I have worked on both internal legacy-developed systems as well as implemented or interfaced with third party applications using waterfall and agile processes. Let me make a difference for you!
