A member of Booz Allen's corporate proposal development team, I support proposal development to connect VP market strategies to proposal development for the firm's largest proposals sponsored by AAS/FEDSIM. A General Management Consultant with 22 years of Government consulting experience, I bring a wide range of experience delivering and managing to client needs. An excellent facilitator and writer/editor, I bring an ability to effectively analyze data collected across a wide range of formats. My experience includes identifying and addressing client challenges through tailored data gathering and analysis, using project staffing, quality assurance, schedule, scope, risk and resource management skills. Key to success is client relationship management, best supported through direct, consistent, and clear communications around strategies, goals and progress, and tying client feedback into successful delivery.I have designed and implemented business process improvements across government financial management activities and provided Project Management Office (PMO) support for complex programs. I am a skilled project manager with experience across the full life cycle of systems selection and implementation, including planning, Concept of Operations, requirements development, and quality assurance. I have supported PMO offices across the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to include Change Requests, Communications, Configuration decisions/analysis, Gap analysis, and Workload analysis. In addition to 22 years of experience as a General Management Consultant, I spent 10 years supporting small businesses f to include accounting, human resources, inventory management and control, market analysis and research and advertising and marketing through vehicles such as trade shows.
