With over two decades in lead commercial roles managing complex contracts across Healthcare, Defence, Rail, and Facilities Management. I know how powerful clear, confident communication can be. I’ve negotiated multi-million pound deals, led high performing teams, and remained grounded in high pressured environments. But I’ve also been the woman holding back, unsure how to say what needed to be said. That’s why I became a certified Coach and Qualified Mediator; so I could help other women build the confidence to speak up without losing themselves.
