Hi, A progressive and creative Human Resource senior leader with a uniquely diversified background of experiences in multiple industries from start-up to fortune 500 companies specifically in the manufacturing, hospitality and healthcare industries that have been high-growth with a labor force that was multi-lingual/multi-cultural. Opportunities as well in supporting organizational change, benefits and compensation, training and development, employee relations in union and non-union environments, talent acquisition, performance management and improving systems, compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees in RI, MA, CT, VA, MD, TN, NV, CA, policy development and documentation, employee safety, wellness and health, employee services and counseling, payroll processing; as well as, skills in organizing, event planning, computer, communication, and coaching with a high level of confidentiality and a strategic/critical thinker. I've participated in, initiated and lead cross functional projects that resulted in reshaping organizations, increased productivity, drove workflow efficiencies and reduced compensation costs. There are three critical areas that I focus on alongside excellence from the HR department which are communication, training and recognition with all employees at every level. I am also the owner of a holistic business for 14 years but have been in the holistic/wellness environment for many years. Time For You Studio is a holistic studio that offers services in Reiki, Angel Communications, Holistic Life Coaching, Meditation, Crystal Therapy, and Space Clearing. These services could be delivered in one on one sessions, workshops, or home parties.
