It has been great for my career as well. Starting out as an associate, someone realized my potential and developed me so that I could capitalize on my talents to become the leader I am today. Today, I pay it forward with my own team while leveraging what I have learned: Performance management: Leverage resources that track, measure, coach, incentivizes and facilitates accountability. Inventory management: As Inventory supervisor, managing 5.6M skus, led accuracy initiatives that minimized operational bottlenecks. Strong communicator: 360° team collaboration: Employee coaching and feedback, performance dialogue with peers and provide data analysis and reporting for senior leaders. Process improvement: Improved process efficiency and operational flow by streamlining processes and removing non-value-added activities.
