During his tenure he followed different Agile practices and has worked on all phases of Software Development Life Cycle. His expertise lies in Application Development using VC++ and Oracle Functional and Technical Analysis Client Coordination Team Leadership and Management. He possesses excellent communication skills and has extra ordinary ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. He is a Six Sigma certified Green Belt professional with capability of improving various processes by reducing huge amount of efforts in terms of time and money. Cheris holds a M.S. degree in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani India and a B.E. degree in Computer Engineering from University of Mumbai India.
