As Director of Communications at UMass Memorial Medical Center, I establish and implement content strategies and tactics that support the mission and goals of the largest healthcare system in central Massachusetts. With over a decade of experience in the communication and broadcast industry, I have a proven track record of creating engaging and informative content for various audiences and platforms. I collaborate with leadership, marketing communications team members, and other areas to develop clear and effective communications plans and projects. I research, write, and edit various forms of content, such as video scripts, intranet news stories, speeches, and newsletters, maintaining the highest quality and accuracy of information. I also develop close working relationships with medical center clinical entities and leaders to share news, events, and content opportunities. I am passionate about delivering compelling stories that showcase the impact and value of UMass Memorial Medical Center to the community and the healthcare industry.
