As Executive Director Technology Delivery at the I lead high-level technology strategy and oversee the development and execution of ICT solutions that align with organisational goals and industry standards. With extensive experience in public sector technology leadership, I have successfully transitioned from technical development roles to management and strategic positions, consistently delivering transformative results. I currently lead 3 Directors and a team of 70 IT experts, responsible for the planning, development, and execution of ICT projects, including key initiatives such as the National Anti-Scam Centre and Digital and Infrastructure Transformation Program. As a member of the senior leadership team, I collaborate with the Chief Information Officer to define and implement the agency's technology roadmap, ensuring that it drives the business objectives of the My work has focused on ensuring technology solutions are efficient, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with the agency's strategic goals. I am highly skilled in leading the implementation of large-scale initiatives such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for centralised investigation and case management, Azure cloud migration, enterprise data platform and AI/ML platform development.
