About Cherish Hurley

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a strong foundation in HR and administrative support, I bring a detail-oriented and people-first approach to every stage of the hiring process. From scheduling interviews to managing candidate communications and supporting recruitment initiatives, I thrive in fast-paced environments where organization and communication are key. With hands-on experience in both the administrative and human resources sides of talent acquisition, I’ve developed a solid understanding of what it takes to create a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. I enjoy collaborating cross-functionally, optimizing workflows, and helping to build teams that reflect a company’s values and vision. I’m passionate about creating positive candidate experiences and supporting inclusive hiring practices. I’m always looking to grow, learn, and bring value wherever I go.
