KEY ACHIEVEMENTS -Successfully launched several new programs at universities and nonprofits-Managed programs and services at colleges, universities and nonprofits with budgets up to $4.3M-Fiscal manager of funds up to $20M for multiple Private, State and Federal pass through grants-Piloted and managed the university’s Supplemental Instruction Program serving 500 students within 4 weeks resulting in an increase in course pass rates and university retention within 6 months-Improved tutoring services delivered to 250 students by developing Tutor Session Evaluations, completing session observations and designing individualized and team training for 6 tutors-Accessed inefficiencies for project effort reporting and developed a SOP which improved the quality of reports and quantity from noncompliance to 100% of staff reporting within 5 months-Initiated the Summer Feeding Program by establishing partnerships with the Food Bank and School District which provided free meals onsite to over 300 children two consecutive summers-Designed the Financial Literacy Program and secured in grant funding to implement the program which provided financial education to 100 low-income youth aged 16-21 in Chicago, IL-Enhanced the Youth Baseball Opening Day event by creating a community event with free food, entertainment, community resource vendor area and recruiting and managing 25 volunteers.
