As an Assistant District Supervisor at TVR Communications, I lead the daily operations of PCare interactive system in southeast Pennsylvania and New Jersey, managing personnel and facilitating repairs. I have over five years of experience in customer service, and I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. In my current role, I oversee the strategic operations of eight hospitals, prioritizing patient care and enhancing services through innovative patient interactive initiatives. I also initiate and guide patients in accessing customized medical videos that simplify medical information and empower them to make informed decisions about their health. Additionally, I am pursuing a Google Project Management Certificate and Specialization on Coursera, which will enable me to manage projects more effectively and efficiently and align them with the company's vision and goals.
