About Cherrie Boyer

After 20 years in the financial & investing industry I decided to change careers and become a real estate agent. I have always had a passion for real estate, I have flipped a few homes in the past and I have dealt in many personal real estate transactions. On Sundays I would attend open houses for the fun of looking at home, both old & new. I enjoy helping my clients find there dream homes, whether it if their forever home or their first home. I also enjoy helping my clients prepare to sell their home. Most people don't know where to start, they feel overwhelmed. This is where I feel my expertise is valuable, I help clients through the entire process starting with de-cluttering their homes, staging and making minor repairs to avoid problems through the inspection period once home is under contract.
