A Master Teacher 2 in Mathematics with more than 20 years of teaching experience from private to public secondary schools. Currently teaching Calculus, General Mathematics, Research and Capstone to Grade 11 and 12 Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) students. Successfully managed a team of 8 math teachers, fostering professional growth and student achievement. A Mathematics Coordinator who is passionate about creating an engaging learning environments and promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills by providing guidance and support to these 8 math teachers to enhance instructional practices; developed and implemented curriculum frameworks for mathematics, aligning with the Department of Education standards and educational objectives; conducted regular classroom observations and provided constructive feedback to teachers, resulting in improved teaching methodologies; organized and facilitated professional development trainings and workshops, focusing on innovative teaching strategies and content knowledge; collaborated with the school administration and other stakeholders to design and implement effective assessment methods to track student progress.
