Committed to Personalised Nutrition and Education for Holistic Health and Wellness My passion for personalised nutrition began with my own health challenges, leading me to discover the transformative power of food as medicine. This sparked a career dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health through tailored nutrition strategies. Since becoming a certified Metabolic Balance® coach in 2012, I have worked extensively in clinical practice, guiding hundreds of clients through personalized nutrition plans. My expertise in this methodology led me to take on the leadership of Metabolic Balance Australia and New Zealand in 2017, where I have since focused on expanding the program, training practitioners, and supporting them in building successful businesses. Beyond ANZ, I play an active role in shaping the global Metabolic Balance community. In 2023, I stepped into an advisory position for MB Global, contributing to the program’s international growth. In early 2024, I launched the Metabolic Balance ANZ Podcast, sharing practitioner insights and client success stories to further support and inspire our community. In January 2025, I took on the role of CEO for Metabolic Balance UK, ensuring the program’s continued success and expansion. Now, I divide my time between the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, overseeing practitioner training, program development, and strategic growth across all three regions. With over 13 years of clinical and leadership experience, I remain committed to empowering practitioners, supporting clients in their health journeys, and expanding the reach of Metabolic Balance.
