Positive energy. Team player. Critical thinker. At work, I strive to learn, to challenge myself and to provide exceptional customer service. When working in a team, I collaborate well with all of my teammates to achieve the best result effectively and efficiently. When working independently, I embrace the autonomy and challenge the status quo if I believe there are better ways to accomplishing the tasks. While I appreciate reasonable encouragement, I also constantly seek for instructive feedback from my peers and leaders. Encouragement is to keep me continue to do what I am doing well, feedback is to remind me the areas where I still require improvement. I love to travel, to learn about different culture and to meet different people. I believe the memories I make and the experiences I have there make me a better person and will stay with me forever. I also love working out and participating in outdoor activities. A good lifestyle allows me to have a healthy and positive mindset and ready to take on anything that life has prepared for me. I speak, read and write fluently in Mandarin Chinese and English. Currently, I am working on being competent in French.
