I am a certified addiction counselor who worked with dual diagnosis clients. I just retired! I am also certified in NLP, life coaching, ancestral healing, hypnosis, and a have just completed a course with 15 units in clinical trauma specialist. i am working on learning about Akashic Records and energy healing. I have a special interest in the neurochemicals of the brain and their role in addiction and mental health issues as well as HSP and ancestral trauma and healing. I have over 16 years in the field and believe in harm reduction. I think we may need to look at mental illness differently. Some people may be highly sensitive and while a lot of our current treatment is life saving and life affirming, not everyone benefits the same as each of us is unique and what works miracles for one, may not for another.I believe we still have a lot of exploring to do. I think we just need to stay open. I am also an intuitive Tarot reader. I work with different modalities that help someone who is struggling to become more whole and integrated within themselves. I definitely have a leaning towards Shamanism and love learning! I have a couple of books on Amazon that have been delightful to write!
