Her hard, dedicated work and genuine involvement with the community speak for itself. Prior to launching her successful HR/OD consulting practice, Cheryl worked in HR for McDonald’s Corporation having been promoted an impressive 7 times in her 17-yr. tenure. While at McDonald’s, she was the consultant for the Managing Directors and HR leaders in the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Korea and Hong Kong. She always welcomes a challenge! Cheryl started her career in elementary education and carries that same passion today by teaching master’s and undergraduate courses and serving as Faculty Advisor at Benedictine University where she’s also designed and developed curricula for several courses and served on the 2010-2011 Dissertation Committee for two doctoral students. She is also Adjunct Professor at the Moser College of Adult Education at Benedictine’s Naperville campus.
