As you will see on my resume I have over 10 years’ experience in an office environment. In the past 10 years most of my office work has been contract, I am now looking for something where I can contribute on a full time consistent basis as a positive team member. Much of my past work experience has been within the Aboriginal non-profit sector. My with the First Nations Chiefs' Health Committee had me completing similar tasks and duties as those noted on the job posting. I understand the confidential nature of much of the work expected in this position. The knowledge and skills I have acquired make me an excellent candidate for this position. My previous 10 plus years’ experience an Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payables t has allowed me to become proficient in a variety of computer software programs. I am extremely comfortable in handling general office duties and answering phones cordially and courteously, making sure supplies well stocked and maintaining office equipment; prepared invoices, purchase orders, reconciled petty cash and prepared bank statements.
