It’s a beautiful thing when a career and a passion come together – unknown For me, I get to live the dream of having a career that I am passionate about and incorporates all the elements that I value in life together into a single package. Every day, I get to help people learn new skills, create some amazing, beautiful courses and videos, play with words, and challenge my design and development skills. As an Instructional Designer and eLearning Specialist with experience in both client-side projects and internal employee development, I have been able to design fresh, innovative course modules that increase learner engagement as well as interactive dashboards that serve as a hub for onboarding and leadership programs. I have worked on large course migration projects, managed project teams, and developed training resources for content assistants and clients delivered in face-to-face and online environments. I’ve been told that I have a higher than average work ethic and a very soft heart. I believe in putting my best into my day-to-day tasks, and having fun while working hard. I get excited when I solve a particularly challenging problem or find a new solution that can take a design from good to great. That moment when everything clicks and comes together to create something magical. On top of that, I am client-focused, self-directed, and able to take leadership roles on projects.
