As the Finance Manager at Project Make Lemonade since August 2023, I have led the finance, administration, and office operations during a critical period of organisational growth. While my title is Finance Manager, the scope of my role aligns closely with that of a Finance Business Manager — overseeing strategic budgeting, compliance, payroll, NDIS funding, and financial reporting across all areas of the business. With over 10 years’ experience in the NDIS and disability sector, I bring a strong understanding of funding models, service delivery frameworks, and regulatory compliance. I am proficient in MYOB, Xero, Excel, and a range of financial systems, and have successfully implemented process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. I work collaboratively with auditors, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams, and am known for my hands-on, solutions-focused approach. I bring strategic value at both the operational and executive levels and am passionate about building systems that support sustainable growth and empower teams to succeed.
