Prior to real estate law, I practiced personal injury law for seven years and also acquired experience in Wills & Estates and Immigration Law. My practice covers a broad range of real estate matters, including property purchases and sales, mortgage refinancing, title searches, reviewing title instruments, drafting and reviewing agreements of purchase and sale, providing legal advice, conducting due diligence, and negotiating to successfully close difficult transactions.
