As the Director of Operations at Community Living Tillsonburg, I am passionate about enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and strengthening the services our organization provides. With over 30 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I have developed a deep commitment to empowering people, driving quality improvement, and fostering inclusive communities. In my current role, I provide strategic leadership to ensure that our programs and services align with our mission, vision, and values. By spearheading initiatives in program development, evaluation, and staff training, I have successfully enhanced the quality and impact of our offerings. I am particularly proud of our achievement in maintaining a 6-year CARF accreditation with no findings in the areas of Supports and Services. As a collaborative leader, I thrive on building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. My ability to lead with empathy, authenticity, and a focus on results has enabled me to create a culture of engagement, continuous improvement, and shared success.
