HR Partner and trusted Legal Advisor and with twenty years of experience overseeing employment law for organizations with union and non-union employees. I’ve been involved in all aspects of negotiating union contracts, bringing and defending union grievances, attending and defending arbitrations and litigation. I love working in the employee relations area. I actively work to build a positive workplace where every employee feels valued. I have developed and implemented performance plans and other employee discipline forms for union and non union environments. I see myself as a leader that employees respect and come to me to resolve any problems that arise. A bridge between employee and management. I’ve developed and implemented strategies and training which reduced the number of employee complaints. Training is key to eliminating potential problems before they arise. I've successfully defended numerous regulatory complaints before State and Federal agencies. I am comfortable collaborating with outside counsel to defend the Company or handling the matter in house. I enjoy the coaching and advising aspect of my job. I love collaborating with all departments of the organization and working with people at all levels. My role is highly collaborative to work with managers and leadership to develop policy, processes, strategic initiatives, best practices, plus manage change and adhere regulatory compliance. I
