Historically (at all 3 OEMs) sought out for opinions and advise on new product or program development. Skilled at building strong relationships and influencing business partners. Proactive and a resourceful problem solver that enjoys taking charge to “get the job done.” Truly enjoy learning the new and innovative and in turn, communicating that knowledge to those able to benefit from it. Can balance competing priorities while maintaining effectiveness in a dynamic environment using my excellent time management skills; i.e. effectively and efficiently focus on the most impactful activities and challenge those that distract from the identified goal.
