About Cheryl Dailey

I am a very hard working individual. I take it upon myself to gain new experiences at work and in life. I give 150% and continually look for new ways to grow and learn. I am a team player that also possesses continually growing leadership skills. My experiences as a former band director have helped me to gain eadership skills with ensembles of 50+ students a day. My former and current auditing experience has helped me gain strong skills in financial analytics, research, compliance, as well as planning and time management. My former corporate tax experience has afforded me the opportunities to take it upon myself to teach, train, guide, review, research, lead, and continually strengthen my own skills using all methods of effective leadership I have gained to date. My current personal income tax experience has offered me a new perspective in the world of assisting in consulting and advising small businesses. My Not-For-Profit experience has afforded me the ability to network and strengthen many skills such as; multitasking to work with several different grant program directors and compliance rules; network with other local programs as well as grantors from city, county, state, and federal awards. I have continually strengthened my analytic skills to be able to give a more accurate picture of the past and forecast the potential future of several areas of many types of entities such as government, not-for-profit, and for profit. I have varied and vast experience in many areas that will continually add to any Organization's mission and goals.
