As the Vice President of Operations at The Bainbridge Companies, one of the leading owners, developers, and managers of luxury multifamily communities in the United States, I am responsible for driving performance, growth, and profitability for my clients and stakeholders. I have a proven track record of managing various asset types, including conventional, renovation, tax credit, lease-up, and value add, and delivering exceptional results in financial analysis, budgeting, team development, and capital improvements. I have also played a key role in acquisitions and dispositions, successfully executing multiple deals and transactions. My credentials include CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager), which demonstrate my commitment and expertise in the multifamily industry.
