Over the years, I have become very adept at aligning processes with an organization’s strategic goals, designing and implementing process structures, incorporating organizational measurement guidelines, and communicating all of this to the teams (executives to first line managers) so they can effectively perform their jobs either electronically via training updates or via face to face training sessions. I love documentation! This natural affinity for capturing notes and translating them and other information into structured communications evolved into formal roles where I was able to guide and train users on how to perform their jobs better. I'm very focused and analytical ensuring that my content covers all key aspects of the objective. Team collaborations, where all individuals work together toward a common objective, are the best environments and ones I truly enjoy. I work well with people from all backgrounds and cultures.
