With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I’ve built a well-rounded career spanning hospital operations, health insurance, clinic management, and corporate leadership. I began in hospital admissions, gaining a solid foundation in patient services and healthcare operations. After nearly a decade on the commercial side of health insurance, I took on a new challenge as an Office Manager at a rural health clinic, where I further developed my leadership and operational skills. For the past 20 years, I’ve been proud to grow with the company I currently work for — starting in Claims, then moving into Internal Audit, Product, and now Organizational Change Management (OCM). Each role has expanded my perspective and strengthened my ability to navigate complex systems, drive improvements, and support both people and process through change. I’m passionate about building strong relationships, sharing my knowledge, and continuously learning. I bring curiosity, adaptability, and a deep commitment to making healthcare work better for everyone involved.
