About Cheryl Hill

I have been working in disability for 7 years and with lived experience as a carer, am deeply passionate about Early Intervention and have seen first hand the incredible benefits that a holistic approach to care and case management have; ensuring that all members of a team work together for the best outcome for the participant. I am well versed in working with families and carers from a diverse range of cultural and economic backgrounds and have experience working with a range of disabilities including complex disabilities with health related supports. I am passionate about building the confidence and capacity of families and carers to advocate for their loved ones and supporting them to access funded supports using their choice and control to be the best versions of themselves that they can be. I have an Advanced Diploma in Arts majoring in Disability Studies and am working towards a Diploma in Leadership & Management. I hold a cert IV in Training and Assessment and am passionate about upskilling new and existing staff, motivating and supporting them to be confident in their roles.
