I am a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in IT, library science, and Yoga. With nearly two years of experience in the tech industry, I have excelled as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst at BusyQA, earning a promotion since joining the company as an intern in 2021. In my role, I have provided technical consultation and mentorship to QA Testers, participated in QA project kick-off meetings and retrospective sessions, and performed regression testing for unchanged functionalities. My technical prowess spans Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and I have contributed to several projects, including the Freshii and twoPLUGS web applications, where I conducted manual testing, identified and documented defects, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. In addition to my work in tech, I currently works as a Library Technician at the Halton District School Board, where I maintain four elementary school libraries. My responsibilities include conducting collection assessment and weeding, selecting and evaluating library materials for purchase, and creating engaging book displays. With my strong attention to detail and readers' advisory skills, I am dedicated to ensuring that my libraries meet the needs of both students and staff.
