About Cheryl Krieger

I’m a relationship-focused engagement professional at Jane.app, where I help health and wellness clinics feel confident transitioning to a new EHR platform. With a background in esthetics and over two decades of experience in client care, I understand the importance of human connection—and I bring that into every conversation, demo, and follow-up. My approach is consultative and collaborative: I believe great connection comes from listening first, personalizing solutions, and making the process as easy and friendly as possible. Whether it’s navigating intake forms, customizing workflows, or integrating insurance billing, I specialize in supporting clinics through change—without the overwhelm. Beyond the 9–5, I’m a skincare expert, mom to three pretty cool humans and 3 pretty amazing dogs, and creative spirit at heart always. I love a good spreadsheet (although I am still learning) almost as much as I love a good exfoliant—and I’m always up for turning ideas into action, especially when there’s a personal touch involved. Let’s connect—I’d love to chat about the intersection of technology, care, and building systems that make life (and practice) run smoother.
