My passion for customer service and ability to drive results then saw me promoted to Regional Manager - Customer Services, where I honed my leadership skills and developed successful strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Building on this regional success, I was entrusted with a national role as the National Authorized Distributor Manager, overseeing crucial partnerships and fostering impactful collaborations. Since 2019, I have been serving as the National Sales Manager - Small to Mid-Sized Customer Strategy. In this capacity, I lead a dedicated team focused on tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of our small to mid-sized customers. My leadership is defined by loyalty, dedication, and the ability to inspire and develop top-performing sales teams.
