About Cheryl Lim

I graduated from the University of WA with an Honours in Marketing and a Bachelor of Marketing & Media. Currently, I am a Publications Officer at Swan Christian College. My role involves graphic design, project management of publications including newsletters and the Yearbook, copywriting, social media management, social media content creation, Facebook and Instagram advertising, photography, website management and assisting the Swan Advancement Team during events. For nearly two years, I worked in a digital marketing agency where I managed and created content for social media accounts of corporations as well as not-for-profit organisations. This role involved graphic design, event management, copywriting, marketing reports, social media audits, sponsorship documents, E-news campaigns, communications and publicity. Prior to this, I worked for two and a half years as a Sales Coordinator in radio advertising where I oversaw administration of the advertising team. My objective is to further my experience in marketing, digital communications, branding, social media and content creation. I am also a Singer/Songwriter performing as Jade Diary: with experience in social media management, digital marketing, publicity, graphic design, copywriting, advertising, sales, event management, crowdfunding, branding, sponsorship, grant applications, singing and songwriting. In my music career with stage name, Jade Diary, I successfully crowdfunded to fund my album, received national radio airplay of my singles, toured, won 2nd place in national MusicOz awards' Dance category with song 'Silver Clouds', released 4 EPs and 1 album entitled 'Mermaid' with critical acclaim:"Each song wraps around your eardrums and tugs until it has engulfed your whole body.
