With years of experience across banking, aviation, FMCG, and medical devices, I’m a Singapore Certified Chartered Accountant who is passionate about data-driven insights and customer excellence. My career has taken me through a variety of roles—finance business partner, service advocate, and change enabler—all of which have shaped my belief that numbers tell powerful stories, and that meaningful service leaves a lasting impact. Along the way, I’ve been grateful to receive recognitions such as the national award, Excellent Service Award (Gold), OCBC New Horizon Award, and various compliments during my banking days and as a Cabin Crew. These acknowledgments serve as reminders of the value of showing up with dedication, empathy, and a mindset focused on growth. What motivates me is the chance to learn, collaborate, and help turn data into meaningful insights that support better decisions.
