About Cheryl Maxwell

Received a Master of Arts in Sport Administration and Coaching from Bob Jones University. Coaching is my passion. I have extensive experience in coaching softball, basketball, and weightlifting at the middle school and high school settings. I also have coached middle school baseball. I have played softball for many teams, one being the US Army Softball Team, and have traveled the world playing softball. I have experience with youth league soccer, softball, baseball, football, and volleyball. I have experience refereeing middle and high school basketball and flag football, as well as experience umpiring softball and baseball. I am impassioned about putting myself in a situation where I can use my talents to guide others towards achieving success. I take pleasure in teaching and instilling my best knowledge of softball. Being a coach is an honor and one that has as much impact on the development of young adults. Things I enjoy most include softball, all sports, travel, reading, and spending time with my family and grandchildren. Looking to further my career in coaching, softball or basketball, in either the high school or collegiate setting.
