A performance focused healthcare professional with a diverse background to include specialty pharmaceutical sales, consulting and business development roles in small and large healthcare organizations. I am always energized by the trust that practices have placed in me to work alongside them to turn obstacles into opportunities that contribute to system efficiencies and ultimately patient care experiences. This may look like identifying referral barriers between EHR systems in practices by conducting in-services to implement tools that reduce referral barriers and increase patient satisfaction in scheduling. You may also find me partnering with internal stakeholders; physicians, nurses, operations, marketing and access teams to develop and execute product or program launches to specialists or primary care practices that result in increased volume, revenue or market share growth. What do I do for fun outside work? When the weekend rolls around you'll find me on the water. Rowing with the crew on the beautiful St. Johns River as the sun rises.
