About Cheryl Mok

With a background in UX Design, I bring a human-centred approach to my role as Digital Creative Lead at MediaZoo. I spearhead diverse digital projects—from microsites to cutting-edge AI-powered solutions—with a focus on creating engaging digital strategies and delightful user experiences. I am currently leading the development of MediaZoo's ConvEx, an innovative conversation practice tool that uses voice-to-voice conversational AI to offer a realistic and safe environment for practicing difficult workplace conversations. This product exemplifies my passion for leveraging emerging technologies to create dynamic and immersive experiences that spark positive, long-lasting behaviour change. I have worked with a wide range of clients, including PwC, LHH, Tiffany & Co, BrewDog, NatWest, HSBC, BBC, and LawTechUK, to deliver digital solutions that blend creativity with practical innovation.
