I am an award-winning communicator with more than 20 years of experience in developing and executing strategic messaging for healthcare systems, economic development, and financial services. As the Director of Enterprise Internal Communications, at Nemours Children's Health, I work closely with executive and senior leaders to shape the voice of Nemours Children's consistently across the enterprise and engage various stakeholders, both internally and externally. My core competencies include crisis communications, strategic communications, employee engagement, and change management. I have a proven track record of delivering impactful mobile and web communications that drive employee and leadership engagement, as well as raising awareness of Nemours' value to the community. I am passionate about using the power of storytelling and a mission-driven approach to inspire and align communications channels with the company's vision and values.
