I hold a vision to give support within Organisations and Workplaces to enable everyone to work together in a Happy Productive working environment. Maintaining productivity levels within a company can be very challenging. More and more companies are becoming aware that when staff are constantly under the pump and not happy you can see the productivity level go down. There is a significant increase in Sick leave absentee’s and a dramatic drop in staff morale which all in turn affects the bottom line. Research has proven that when staff are happy they are more productive. Just 30% of employees are engaged and inspired at work while 52% are simply not excited about their job. Leaving 18% total disengaged and further reducing morale amongst other employees. Revenues increased by 22.2% when companies invested in the Health and Happiness of their staff. This is what I am passionate about…assisting Management of companies to provide a supportive, enjoyable, challenging, fun, and rewarding environment to work in. This results in Employee satisfaction, high engagement, performance and productivity. With over 16 years in high Management roles this has allowed me to experience and relate to the stress employer’s come under when dealing with staff morale and productivity. It has also allowed me to pinpoint the underlying issues. My coaching skills have enhanced my Leadership capability and are invaluable in achieving Business outcomes.
