Accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in planning management. The founder/owner and lead designer of Power House Interior, a full-service interior design company. Prior to staring my own company I was with TJX Canada for almost 10 years, I provided managerial leadership for portfolios with multiple departments, totalling up to $200 million in annual sales. I crafted proposals for launching new initiatives and was the planning lead for the creation of two new departments, which achieved incremental sales of $6 million in the first year. A skilled planner who has built department and category business plans to support global merchandise strategy and has consistently hit or exceeded financial plans every year. A proven leader who fosters strong vendor relationships, monitors industry trends for opportunities or risks, and has experience in coaching direct reports to support their professional growth and development.
