About Cheryl Roberts

Canada's Elite Women in Insurance Canada 2023 & 2022 award winner, Cheryl Roberts has been in the insurance industry for 21 years. She is an experienced P&C and financial services national director – business operations, a community leader, and an entrepreneur dedicated to building business growth models, identifying needs to improve employee capability, and driving excellent client experience results. She is experienced in making lasting business impacts with a proven track record of regional and national operations, insurance brokering, retail branch, and corporate contact centre sales management and relationship management. She is highly skilled at building businesses and operations to deliver profitable results. Cheryl holds an honours bachelor’s degree in management and economics; is RIBO and LLQP licensed; and is Making Partner Certified, Beyond Best in Class Broker Certified, Event Planning Certified, and Transactional Lean Six Sigma Certified. She is also a member of the Whitby, Oshawa, and Northumberland Chambers of Commerce and an active community member in the Durham Region GTA. Outside of her career, Cheryl is a wife and mother of two amazing young children. She dedicates her time away from work to building a loving family with a focus on learning and living life experiences as a strong female trailblazing role model, leaving an inspiring life legacy for future generations.
