About Cheryl Westphal

My current role includes managing a team of individuals who create successful business relationships with our clients. It is my responsibility is to ensure our clients have the tools and training to successfully use the Carixa product to achieve their professional business goals. This requires high levels of communication, project management, attention to detail, hardware/software troubleshooting skills, training aspects and innovative thinking. This role works closely with the Carixa leadership team to make sure the scope and direction of each client project is on track and successful, while simultaneously working with other departments for support and collaboration. My team is also responsible for in office testing to ensure we fully understand the products we troubleshoot, are creating effective training documentation and helping to collaborate when innovating our products. As the director of my team, the client is my number one focus and their success is what drives mine and my team’s goals on a constant basis.
