At that time in my life, I was contemplating a career change and was searching for a chance to improve my family’s quality of life. I absolutely love helping people, it's been a passion of mine throughout my career. I had been in the health care industry for many years with a project management/client management/customer service background. Transferring my skillset from health care to the financial services industry was the perfect direction for my career.
