About Chester Mientkiewicz

I believe communication is one of the greatest assets you can bring to a work place. I'd like to be a part in creating a heathy work environment. Resolving conflict and creating healthy relationships can help bring people together. I like to see people succeed. An important aspect to this is ensuring training is administered in an affective manner. I've had experiences where I was poorly trained and thrown into the job. I don't want to be that trainer.I always try to be on good terms with everyone. I'm the person who can be paired with anyone and be able to make it work. I received the Archie Griffin sportsmanship award and view that as my favorite athletic achievement. When I'm not at work, school or church you'll find me outside. Running, hiking and walking gives me time to think and pray. I was a volunteer assistant cross country coach for a season and loved seeing the development of the young men and women both personally and athletically speaking.
